Abstract

The article presents the results of diagnostics of the state of formation of auditory self-control skills of a future art school teacher in instrumental ensemble classes. The criteria (need-reflexive, cognitive-knowledge, perceptual, praxeological) used to monitor the level of formation of the phenomenon under study, indicators specifying these criteria, as well as diagnostic methods were considered. During the diagnosis of the need-reflexive criterion, the following indicators were monitored: the level of positive
motivation for the formation of auditory self-control skills of the future art school teacher in instrumental ensemble classes, the degree of mastery of reflective skills of self-analysis and self-evaluation in the process of playing a musical instrument; cognitive-cognitive criterion: the level of formation of knowledge about musical hearing, internal auditory representations, self-control, auditory self-control and methods of their application in instrumental ensemble classes, degree of assimilation of knowledge and mastery of playing skills in an instrumental ensemble; perceptual criterion: the degree of formation of internal auditory
representations in instrumental ensemble classes, the ability to reproduce a sound standard in instrumental
ensemble classes; of the praxeological criterion: the degree of development of the skills of auditory analysis and perception of a musical piece in instrumental ensemble classes, the degree of formation of auditory self-control skills of a future art school teacher in instrumental ensemble classes. In the research process, methods of quantitative and qualitative processing of results were applied. At the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment through observation, questionnaires, tests, creative tasks, conversation, ranking and the method of expert evaluation, the state of formation of auditory self-control skills was clarified and ways of improvement and modernization of the process of formation of auditory self-control skills of future art school teachers in instrumental ensemble classes were identified.
