Publication Frequency and Fees

The publication was founded in 2016.

Publication frequency: 1 time per year.

Issue formation: Articles are accepted on a rolling basis. Materials that have successfully passed the peer-review process and received positive evaluations from reviewers are accepted for publication.

All article files are archived and stored directly on the journal’s website in the “Archives” section and at the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine.

Each issue is approved by the Academic Council of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University.

Publishing articles in the journal is free of charge. The editorial board does not charge authors any fees for submission, processing, or peer review of their materials.

 The editorial board accepts individual articles by state-funded postgraduate students for publication free of charge, provided that the articles meet the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.

Along with the article, students in the third cycle of higher education (postgraduate students) on state-funded places must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their status as state-funded students. The certificate must be signed by the head of the postgraduate department and bear the department’s official stamp.

The electronic version of the journal is published in open access on the journal’s website in a timely manner.
