AUTHOR AGREEMENT

on the transfer of the right to use a scientific article

1. Parties to the Agreement:

1.1. The Author(s):
being the copyright holder(s) of the scientific article entitled
«______» (hereinafter – the Article).

1.2. The Editorial Board of the scientific professional journal “Musical Art in the Educological Discourse” (hereinafter – the Journal).

2. Subject of the Agreement:

2.1. The Author(s) grant the Journal, under the terms of a non-exclusive license, the right to:

  • publish the Article in the electronic version of the Journal;

  • place the Article in open electronic databases, repositories, libraries, and information systems;

  • use the metadata of the Article (title, author(s), abstract, keywords, bibliography) in reference and information resources.

2.2. The Author(s) retain their personal non-property intellectual property rights and the right to further use the results of the research with reference to the publication in the Journal.

3. The Author(s) guarantee that:

3.1. The Article is original, created by the Author(s), and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
3.2. The Article has not been previously published in other editions and has not been simultaneously submitted to another journal.
3.3. In case of detection of plagiarism or other violations, the responsibility lies with the Author(s).

4. Rights and obligations of the Parties:

4.1. The Journal undertakes to publish the Article provided that it meets the editorial requirements and successfully passes the peer-review process.
4.2. The Author(s) have the right to freely use the final (Journal-published) version of the Article (including placing it in their own repositories and on scientific platforms) with an indication of the Journal’s bibliographic data.

5. Final provisions:

5.1. This Agreement enters into force upon its signing by the Author(s) and remains valid indefinitely.
5.2. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
